Will there be more spots in the city for food trucks to park and serve? If Mayor Emanuel has his way there will. His honor is presenting a proposal for nine additional stands to the City Council today, including North Pond, South Loop, West Loop, Lakeview, Columbia College, and Wrigleyville locations.
