A seafood and steak chain is replacing an Italian-American chain in River North. Texas-based Eddie V's Prime Seafood is moving into the old Buca di Beppo space at 521 N. Rush, starting construction late next month. The menu and price points are similar to Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, which happens to be kitty-corner to the buildout.
