Great Street in Renaissance Hotel Undergoing Renovations and Menu Revamp

Hotel restaurant renovations are en vogue lately, and add Great Street in the Renaissance Downtown Chicago Hotel to the list. The restaurant, slated to reopen June 1, is currently undergoing an overhaul that will result in three private dining rooms, a built-in dance floor, and updated decor.

The food options are being revamped as well. Executive chef James Samson is jumping into the locally grown, sustainable, seasonally-changing menu games, offering up a spring and summer-themed menu when the restaurant reopens. Check out the menu below and look for it next month.
