DryHop Brewers Finally Opening June 13

In the works for 14 months, the DryHop Brewers opening finally has an endgame in sight. The East Lakeview bistro and microbrewery in the old Pleasure Chest space on Broadway is opening up on June 13 at 5 p.m, with nearly a week of events preceding.

They're kicking off on June 8 with a two-hour "first growler tasting" where the public can visit and buy and fill growlers between 1 and 3 p.m. Soft openings will take place on the following Monday and Tuesday; full lunch and dinner service begin on June 14.

As previously reported, executive chef Pete Repak (Charlie Trotter's, Four Seasons Chicago, Fox & Obel) is readying a bistro-style menu menu to pair with brewmaster Brant Dubovick's array of original brews for on-site drinking and take-home retail.
