A new restaurant is driving up to Lakeview, called Bentley. The seasonal menu was created by Ian Flowers (Lokal) and will have menu items like seared scallops with pork-pea fricassee and roasted duck breast with aubergine caponata, cheddar polenta, and grape-syrup reduction. Drinks will focus on classic cocktails and craft beers. Look for the restaurant to open mid-June on Southport. [Chicago]
