Another day, another new brewery. This one, called Moxee, will be a restaurant on 724 W. Maxwell St. that features a small in-house brewery. The folks behind Prairie Moon (Evanston) and Wheatberry (Buchanan, MI) are helming the 120-seat space, shooting for a late-summer opening, and serving regional American fare and smoked meats. [Dish]
