Parson's Chicken & Fish is now open but if you haven't had a chance to visit yet, here's what it looks like. The interior (and exterior) matches the throwback Seventies-era vibe, with picnic-esque design features. Whitewashed walls and benches provide a basis for various fried and fresh chicken and fish dishes to sit on woodgrain picnic tables. The outdoor patio on Humboldt features many more picnic tables and herb garden walled in by wooden fences. Bathroom doors were inspired quilt patterns.

When visiting, prepare for music based completely around Chooglin' (per the release: a verb encompassing drinking, drugging, eating, losing, loving and sexing.) A tricked-out 1977 El Camino is not pictured.
