Parson's Chicken & Fish opened yesterday according to their Facebook page and subsequently confirmed by a Parson's staffer and reps. They will start serving today at 4 p.m.
The Land & Sea Dept. restaurant serves an array of "raw," "fresh," and "fried" options crafted by chef Hunter Moore. The beverage options include a negroni slushy, which should be popular on a picturesque day like today.
