New Wrinkles at Roka; 10,000 People Attend the American Beer Classic; More

RIVER NORTH—Roka Akor is adding some new features starting on Friday—a live DJ (Bridget Marie) on Friday nights, a new bar menu, and house-infused shochu punch bowls with individual ice blocks. SOLDIER FIELD—Despite chilly temperatures, 10,000 strong made their way into Soldier Field on Saturday to taste beer from over 90 microbreweries and chew on pretzel necklaces at the inaugural American Beer Classic.
