More Socca Details; Flash Taco Adding DJ Booth!; More

LAKEVIEW—Updating the reported upcoming Socca shuttering, management issued a statement today. "Socca's current lease expires on June 30 (which may be extended). and we plan on serving the same great food that you have been enjoying for the past decade. We also plan on bringing back Socca favorites such as the monster meatball. The team at Socca wishes its chef and fearless leader, Roger Herring, the best in all of his future endeavors. WICKER PARK—Sounds like Flash Taco is getting fancy. The late-night casual Mexican staple is adding a DJ booth, a neon sign, Lucha Libre masks, and overhauling the menu. In business for nearly fifteen years, they're closing Monday for a week to implement the changes. [DNAinfo]
