The James Beard Tour is coming back. 10 cities will host a touring extravaganza helmed by the James Beard Foundation this summer and fall, hitting Chicago on September 20 and 21. Look for a benefit dinner with a James Beard-recognized chef and a day's worth of events featuring celebrity chef appearances, cooking demos, book signings and tastings over that weekend.
