The drink options are expanding at Southern-style Andersonville favorite Big Jones. Andrew Shay, on staff since the opening five years ago, has been promoted to bar director and has launched a brand new extended seasonally-changing beverage menu.
New ingredients and techniques include house-made shrubs, bounces, bitters, oleos, and "all manner of infusions." The menu now is broken up into sections based on specific liquors, adding new summery, light cocktails that are nods towards the classics to fill them. Local craft distilleries are still predominant in the menu, available now.
