Dan Marunowski Now at Paramount Room; Bar 63 Opening Tomorrow

RIVER WEST—Following Chris Curren joining Fifty/50 Group, another Blue 13 alum has found a new home. Dan Marunowski has taken over as beverage director at Paramount Room, creating seasonal cocktails to balance chef Stephen Dunne's food selections and working with the wine and beer.
