Despite the cool temperatures, spring has hit many local restaurants in the form of seasonal menus. The Lobby is no exception, as Lee Wolen's new one has hit the Peninsula Hotel. Lighter fare is now available, including California sturgeon, Colorado lamb loin and poached Maine lobster. The whole roasted chicken for two, a dish that didn't change over, has morels, marbled potatoes and ramps as spring sides.
