Less than six months after opening, there's menu changes at industrial lounge The Grid. Chefs Ben Roche and Thomas Elliott Bowman, who also run Baume & Brix upstairs, are rolling out an expanded dining-focused menu today with 12 new dishes, many under a new section called "Eats" which is home to entrees and sandwiches that were either under the "Bites" section or didn't exist at all. Interesting new items include the "Foie Dog" (carmelized onion, Laura Chenel goat cheese, candied apricot, truffle mayo), pad thai flavored wings, babaganoush jar, tiramisu dip, and two new burgers. Another addition is a changing "Chef's Cocktail of the Month," it's a whiskey sour with chef-prepared sour mix in April. The entire menu is below, there's many new options starting tonight.
