Summer Series Coming Back to Publican Quality Meats

It might feel like winter in Chicago today but it's never too early to prepare for summer. And one of the best things about summer is throwing some burgers on the grill. Starting later this month, Publican Quality Meats is bringing in some visiting chef wattage to prepare themed burgers and events. Weekly "Burger, Bourbon & Beer Nights" begin April 23 from 6-9 p.m., the first features Bill Kim.

On May 5 PQM launches their summer BBQ series with visiting chefs grilling in the parking lot from 3-9 p.m. Mark Steuer of Carriage House will be the first.
