The next Spirited Dinner at Henri is almost here, and there's another preview video to match. This event pairs Carriage House chef Mark Steuer's low-country cuisine and beverage head Sterling Field's cognac-based cocktails with Henri chef Chris Gawronski's French-American dishes and Clint Rogers' cognac libations. Both Field and Gawronski are new to their positions, taking over for the departed Dirk Flanigan and Michael Simon, respectively. The five-course dinner on March 13 costs $100.
The video carries a jazz-infused black-and-white theme, in french with subtitles. A fitting frame for the event, and a fitting launch for Gawronski and Field's elevation in the local scene.
