The mix includes previously reported applicants (Alia Dalal, Rochelle Trotter, Cleetus Friedman, Sarah Levy) some chefs and servers, and media veterans Anthony Todd (Chicagoist, City Search), Bill St. John (Tribune) and Eater Chicago contributor Catherine De Orio.
