Restaurant development on the North Shore is continuing to rise, as Guildhall is set to begin service tonight in Glencoe. It's been just over a month since word broke of the refined suburban concept from executive chef Christian Ragano (Tru, NoMI) and general manager Phil Marienthal, building anticipation among North Shore diners. The space, designed by 555 International, seats 150 plus a bar and private dining area.
The food selections feature new and traditional American blends of seafoods, pastas, proteins, and salads. Quail and charcuterie find their way on as well. The beverage options feature some classic and craft cocktails, a decent blend of craft and import beers, and reasonable wine list. Dinner service begins tonight at 5:00 p.m., Sunday brunch is launching May 5. Check out the menus and keep your eyes peeled for more concepts on their way to the north suburbs.
