WICKER PARKHigh Noon Saloon opens for business today in the People Lounge space at 1560 N. Milwaukee. The saloon-style bar and eatery features Tex-Mex cuisine by chef Ruben Beltran (Frontera/Topolobampo), 40 craft beers, 30 tequilas and mezcals, Old West artwork, and a DJ booth. [EaterWire]
