Jury's, a classic local Tavern on Lincoln, has rebranded, morphing into Copper House. It happened Friday, and apparently even the employees aren't used to it yet, as one answered the phone "Jury's. I mean Copper House."
New ownership took over the 33-year-old establishment 18 months ago. It's the same owner now, and they still say established 1979. The menu has been greatly expanded, adding a shrimp po' boy and BBQ brisket, among many. They've multiplied the craft beer selection as well. Ownership has given the interior a facelift, including new bathrooms. Hours have been extended.
Folks in North Center have an upgraded eatery and watering hole to check out.
