OSB at L&E, behind and to the east of the inn, is opening up tomorrow. The space holds 30 (16 seats) and is connected to the patio. It's a stand-alone "micro-bar" with a separate menu from the restaurant, with a tasting room, and for some events. It will go open-air as weather allows.
On March 16 they're launching "Saturday Sausage Shop at OSB," a weekly cased-meats showcase by sous chef Matthew Sliwinski, with two-to-three rotating offerings to eat-in or takeaway.
The beverage menu will be similar to Longman & Eagle, but "smaller in focus and more tightly curated." Since Longman doesn't take reservations, this sounds like a good way to get the experience if you can't get in.
