The Next Dose Market is March 10; Guest Chef Dinner With Gerard Craft at Sepia

RIVER EASTDose Market's March lineup has been announced, just in time for daylight saving time. On Sunday March 10 taste breakfast fare from Little Goat, shamrock shakes by Homer's Gourmet Ice Cream, carnivorous treats from Madison's Underground Meats, and alcoholic beverages by Tito's Vodka and Vintage Vine. $8 (in advance) buys entrance to the River East Art Center. WEST LOOP—Sepia chef Andrew Zimmerman is teaming up with St. Louis chef Gerard Craft (Niche, Pastaria, Taste by Niche, and Brasserie by Niche) for a "Modern Midwest" dinner at Sepia March 12. Five courses (plus an amuse) features pork belly, preserved trout sauce, honey-radish purée, sorrel, hazelnut; and Wagyu "bavette," maitake, cippolini, sunchoke, coffee, béarnaise.
