Are you an expert or a fan of Korean pickled cabbage? If so, check out the kimchi challenge, part of the Good Food Festival, on March 15. The challenge is open to 20 working restaurant chefs that submit a quart of kimchi prepared in a commercial kitchen. An expert media panel will decide the champion that day at U.I.C. Forum.
