Michael Simon has a new home. After leaving Carriage House and The Bedford, the Jean Banchet award nominee is resurfacing in the Lone Star State. He will be the bar manager at Qui, an Austin fine-dining concept with a ticket-system similar to Next. According to Eater Austin, he was asking himself "how quickly I can come work for this man."
