Acadia Announces New Menus; Bar Toma Launching Dough Masters Dinners

SOUTH LOOP—A new nine-course tasting menu, a new a la carte menu, and a new bar menu is now available at Acadia. Dishes include lobster pot pie and Maine diver scallop with sushi rice ice cream. [Eaterwire]

GOLD COAST—Tony Mantuano's pizza-haven Bar Toma is bringing in some new faces. Dubbed Dough Masters, each dinner will feature a different pizza guru to lead the events. The first features Jim Lahey from New York's Sullivan Street Bakery on March 13, tickets are available here. [Eaterwire]
