You might already know who'll be cooking the bacon, but do you know when? There will be lunch and dinner sessions, from 12:30-3:00 p.m. and 6:30-9 p.m., with VIP hours starting an hour before. And for drinks? Templeton Rye whiskey, The Fifty/50's official bloody mary, Bakon Vodka (of course), Candid Wines prosecco, Mike Ryan's (Sable Kitchen and Bar) rum cocktails, Stephen Cole (Barrelhouse Flat) cocktails, and beer from Old Style, PBR, Goose Island, Greenbush, Lagunitas, and Labatt Blue.
Neuske's will provide the bacon, attempting to surpass the 4,257 pounds they came up with last year. Tickets go on sale next Wednesday, VIP tickets are available now, and the food roster is updated. There's never too much bacon, especially to benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
