That's what a new limited edition pizza at Balena has, set to go on sale tonight. Created by chef Chris Pandel and Rare Tea Cellar's Rodrick Markus, it also features leek crema sauce and shaved 5J Jamon Iberico de Belota. Get fancier with $35 glasses of Barolo, on sale too. The video, produced and directed by Siskel/Jacobs Productions, shows the process of making the pizza.
