After recently opening Hunter & Tails in Humboldt Park, "Paco" Ruiz is setting his sights on Rogers Park. He has taken over the shuttered MorseL location (1406 W. Morse) and will be opening another Bullhead Cantina. Ruiz is hoping to open in February. [DNAinfo]
