Penny's Wrigleyville, Joe's Italian Villa Pizza, and More on the Shutter List

WRIGLEYVILLE—You have until Sunday to say goodbye to the Penny's Noodle Shop on Sheffield and Roscoe. After 23 years in business, the location is closing at the end of the weekend because of the building owner's desire to renovate. The Diversey, Wicker Park, Oak Park, and Northfield locations remain open. [DNAinfo]

BRIDGEVIEW—Southwest suburbanites are about to lose a longstanding pizza option, at least temporarily. Joe's Italian Villa Pizza, in business for 45 years at 8807 S. Harlem, is closing on New Year's Eve. Ownership is hoping to reopen at a new location. [Tribune]

IRVING PARK—Is the La Pasadita mini-empire in trouble? With the original La Pasadita on Ashland and the newer Cantina Pasadita shuttered, La Pasadita Express at 2925 W Irving Park Road is also closed. The location also had issues with the health department. [EaterWire]

BUCKTOWN—Bucktown folks will have to find a new spot to get spices. Pinch Spice Market ended its 21-month run at 1913 N. Milwaukee when it closed on Christmas Eve. Online orders and bike deliveries will still be available. [DNAinfo]
