Chicago Magazine broke the details, including the news that the menu will focus on Cantonese cuisine and has been named Yum Cha.
Expect sweet and sour pork, Peking duck and more wok made entrees. Aglibot also promises a variety of dim sum options, including takeout packages of those bite-sized morsels.
The "Food Buddha" and his partners currently run Earth + Ocean in suburban Mount Prospect. Aglibot is also working on opening Reverie with a few local sportscasters in the spring.
Yum Cha is expected to open in late-winter.
