Baffo, the separate fine dining restaurant at Eataly, is an intimate showcase for a traditional fine dining atmosphere and upscale Batali and Bastianich Italian fare. White tablecloth-clad tables sit on the black and white-tiled dining room floor. A full bar greets patrons upon entering. A separate private dining room sits in the rear. An exposed kitchen lines the back wall.

Accessible via a separate entrance on Grand and a staircase on Eataly's second floor, it feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of the massive land of magic and pasta. The concept is the first for an Eataly and judging by a complete lack of open tables the remainder of December, it's already a hit.
