In February, the Lawry's Prime Rib folks will be importing their gastropub concept, SideDoor, to Ontario Street. One location of the restaurant is currently open in Southern California.
Located around the corner from Lawry's, the entrance will be marked with a red key. Lawry's exec chef Victor Newgren's preliminary menu (below) focuses on English and American pub fare, including lamb shank pie, sandwiches, meat and cheese plates, and bar snacks. Beverage options will be heavy with craft and import beer, wines by the glass, and cocktails.
SideDoor is expecting to soft open in January and fully open the following month.
