Melmans Adding Ramen Concept to Paris Club Space

Add Lettuce Entertain You to the restaurateurs that are jumping on the ramen bar concept. The Melmans are planning to turn the Paris Club bar and lounge into a currently unnamed ramen spot early next year, closing the restaurant for renovations beginning January 6. The dining room will be revamped and Studio Paris will also have a new separate entrance.

At press time, little is known about the style of ramen chef Doug Psaltis will be cooking, as well as other food and drink options. The spot could be a good grub option before or after a drinking and celebrity-watching outing at Studio Paris upstairs. Lettuce is expecting Paris Club to reopen in early February and the ramen place to open in March.
