Tony Mantuano's empire is expanding again. Following the Spiaggia owner's Miami opening and Spiaggia renovations, Crain's reports that Mantuano will be taking over a prime riverside location, Fulton's on the River, and embarking on his first non-Italian project. Fulton's last dinner service will occur on January 11; Mantuano plans to open his unnamed restaurant in the spring.

According to a release, the new concept will be a "casual, social dining hall featuring rustic American fare" with a renovated dining room, two bars, and patio. Fulton's banquet and event space will remain open during renovations. Stay tuned.
