STREETERVILLE—Chef's Burger Bistro, a concept from "certified master chef" Ed Leonard and Benny's Chop House and Volare owner Benny Siddu, is slated to open soon on the corner of Grand and St Clair. Look for all three meals with a bistro focus, two floors, a tasting room, and a patio space. [EaterWire]

GOLD COAST—Ideology Entertainment Group (Chicago Q, Blue Door Farm Stand) is planning to open a Northern Italian restaurant, La Storia, in the spring at 1154 N. Dearborn. Blue Door Farm Stand is slated to open by the end of the month. [EaterWire]

SCHAUMBURG—John Barleycorn Schaumburg will soon become a second Old Crow Smokehouse location next spring. The restaurant portion of Barleycorn Schaumburg closed in June; the concert venue on the second floor is still open. [EaterWire]
