Trotter Autopsy Inconclusive; Doughnut Vault Now Open Seven Days; More

LINCOLN PARK—The autopsy today on Charlie Trotter came back inconclusive, the Tribune reports. The Cook County examiner's office will conduct additional tests; the results could take six-to-eight weeks. The Trib also reports that "officials found no evidence of foul play or trauma." [Tribune]

RIVER NORTH—Both the Doughnut Vault and the Vault Van are now open Sundays and Mondays, meaning hungry doughnut fanatics can now wait hours in line every day of the week. [EaterWire]

WICKER PARK—The openly gay owners of The Bongo Room, after exulting the gay marriage ruling on their Facebook page, was hit with an anti-gay comment that said, in short: "I don't intend to set foot in your doors again. This page is an abomination to God. Has nothing to do with love and tolerance." The Bongo Room responded with this comment, in short: "Love is compassion and tolerance. LINCOLN PARK—A new interactive supper club, The Social Table, is coming across the street from Charlie Trotter's. The BYO spot will have two floors, two kitchens and two dining areas for people to learn, cook, and eat. They open to open to the public in April. [DNAinfo]
