Nico Osteria, the forthcoming Italian restaurant in the Thompson Hotel from One Off Hospitality, will open for dinner service on Monday, December 2. If you're interested in checking the restaurant out, limited reservations are available through Open Table.
The restaurant, one of the most anticipated of the year, boasts an impressive starting lineup. Besides involving One Off's Paul Kahan (Blackbird, The Publican), Nico Osteria has chef Erling Wu-Bower (avec, Publican Quality Meats), pastry chef Amanda Rockman (Balena, L2O), with Matty Eggleston (Perennial Virant) and Bret Heiar (Cru Kitchen & Wine Bar) heading up the beverage program.
