Originally teased on Twitter, new details are coming out on one of next year's iterations of Next. Grant Achatz tells Food & Wine that the steakhouse theme will be named "Chicago Steakhouse" and include many of the features of indulgent 1950's steakhouses.
Achatz mentions takes on iceberg wedge salads, oysters Rockefeller, creamed spinach, and baked Alaska. The space will feature vintage china, elaborate candles and white linen tablecloths; and considering the trumpet show at Bocuse d'Or, who knows what else. Tickets will go on sale after Thanksgiving.
