LINCOLN PARK—Homeslice owner Josh Iachelli continues to get creative at his pizzeria. After launching brunch with dishes like "hangover cereal" with Fireball whiskey and RumChata, Iachelli has customized a 1969 Airstream trailer and turned it into a heated lounge. Part of a new 50-seat enclosed seating area, the Airstream itself seats 20, is available for private parties, and the full menu is available inside it. [EaterWire]

GOLD COAST—After taking over as bar manager at LUXBAR, former Charcoal Bar, Morso, and The Southern mixmaster Matthew "Choo" Lipsky has released five new fall cocktails. Drinks include "Monkshood" (Old Forester bourbon, Seedling Farms (Michigan) apple juice, Nocello, molasses bitters); each one costs $12. [EaterWire]

VARIOUS LOCATIONS—Did you know there's a club that throws private cake and whiskey parties at various locations around Chicago? Appropriately named Cake & Whiskey Club, the next event is December 29 at The Den Theatre on 1333 N. Milwaukee. Check out their site for more details. [Urban Daddy]

RIVER NORTH—The Grid is launching a monthly guest chef pizza series, beginning tonight with Chris Macchia of The Florentine. Macchia is cooking stuffed Poiveron peppers with spicy boar sausage; Brussels sprout pizza with taleggio, pancetta, butternut squash, fried egg and black truffle; and a tuna conserva pizza with fiore di latte, capers, tomato, gaeta olives, red onion and marjoram until 10 p.m. Mark Steuer will man the oven next on December 9.
