Rick Bayless Signs the Lease on Randolph Row

Two new Rick Bayless restaurants are officially coming to town soon, as the iconic chef put pen to paper for a restaurant on Randolph Row, according to Chicago Real Estate Daily. CRED reported back in July that Bayless was in negotiations for the space.

The Randolph restaurant joins his upcoming Wicker Park spot in the former Salud space on Milwaukee Avenue, signaling an unprecedented expansion for the chef and TV host. More than four years have passed since he opened his last full restaurant in Chicago, XOCO. He's also opening a cafe at the University of Pennsylvania—Rick Bayless is a busy man.
