Marty Fosse and chef Carlos Ysaguirre are planning a Mexican restaurant, Cardinal Taqueria & Bar, that will boast "Andersonville's largest patio," DNAinfo reports. However, Fosse, who is also opening Azzurra Enotavola tomorrow in Wicker Park, says that they can't release the location because another business currently occupies the space and that "things could still come apart."
