LOOP—Haute Sausage, the out-of-the-ordinary gourmet sausage truck (of which there are currently three), has now opened a physical location that seats 24 guests. Dishes include Boerewors Chakalaka (beef and lamb sausage with Chakalaka, a spicy, South African mix of onions, tomatoes and beans). Plans are in the works to host pop-up dinners with guest chefs.
