HUMBOLDT PARK—Bullhead Cantina owner Francisco "Paco" Ruiz is opening his American gastropub, Hunter & Tails, this weekend. The menu follows a traditional appetizer/entree format (as well as a section for "greens") and features mussels with Butcher & Larder sausage, line caught fish with chowder, pumpkin risotto, grass fed steak, and portobello torte. Entrees run from $10-28, meats are sourced from local farms, craft cocktails and 20 craft beers on tap are available.
