Yusho and Billy Sunday proprietor Matthias Merges is getting close to showcasing Alps-inspired cuisine in Hyde Park, as he has set an opening date for A10. The target date, first released on the website, is Tuesday, November 5.
The food menu features sections for small plates, large plates, pizza, and pasta. Dishes run the gamut and employ guanciale, snails, chicken liver mousse, pepitas, and salt cod. Chef John Vermiglio will run the kitchen in Hyde Park.
Alex Bachman (Billy Sunday) has created a cocktail selection that includes both draft and fresh. The Yusho house gin and tonic is on tap; other cocktails twist classics like a Manhattan, corpse reviver, and martinis. The comprehensive wine list is curated by general manager and beverage director Richard Richardson. More to come before the opening.
