Jay Schroeder to Work for Bayless; New Vegan Restaurant Opening in Uptown; More

RIVER NORTH—Former Red Door and Double A barman Jay Schroeder has his new gig, and it's a big one—working for Rick Bayless. Schroeder will be the bar manager and chief mixologist for Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, and Xoco.
