A new seafood option will be available in Lakeshore East next spring. Brown Bag Seafood Co., owned by restaurant vet Donna Lee Bremer, will serve salmon teriyaki salad and a fried-fish sandwich, among many other dishes when it opens in the 2,000 square-foot space on 340 E. Randolph. [CRED]
