Ben Roche is taking some time away from Chicago to help open a cocktail bar/den in NYC called Play (which will occupy space in the same building as the Museum of Sex) until January. The menu will be divided into quadrants like that of his previous restaurant Baume & Brix: See, Sniff, Lick and Suck — certainly both raunchier and even more playful than Baume was (or, for that matter, The Grid, the restaurant borne of its ashes, currently is).
