Meat Coming to North Halsted Street

Get ready for a little more meat in Boystown. The owners behind the Halsted Street bar and lounge Minibar are opening a restaurant next door named Meat, according to Chicago Magazine.

The spot will focus on skewers, 12-14 shareable varieties including bacon-wrapped chicken, salmon-wasabi, and dessert skewers. All cocktails will come complete with skewered garnishes. Expect the meat-infusion to come in six weeks.
