Josh Marks, runner up on season three of FOX's "MasterChef," was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head Friday night on the South Side. The tragic end to the 26 year-old's life comes nearly three months after Marks' arrest for assaulting a police officer. At the time of his arrest, Marks claimed he was possessed by "MasterChef" judge Gordon Ramsay.
His case had been granted a continuance this past Wednesday to November 6. Marks, who suffered from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, was said to have been distraught at the time of his suicide, according to a relative.
